Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact.mozatiles@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Calea Adevarului 44A, 410170, Oradea, Bihor County, Romania.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cancellation Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the corresponding amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within no more than 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
